Warranty

Every Akinite product is thoroughly inspected & tested as required before leaving the factory or supplier. In addition to any statutory rights or requirements you may have, Akinite warrants all products against defective manufacture and faulty materials for a period of (12) twelve months from the date of purchase and undertakes at its decision, to repair or replace free of charge the product or any faulty part/s as required in condition that:

 

 

 

  1. The complete product is returned to Akinite in person or prepaid by the client and found after examination to be faulty from a manufacturing defect. Important note: please contact Akinite first regarding warranty returns before returning goods.
  2. The product has not been subject to misuse, abuse or operated out of its normal operational use.
  3. The repair or maintenance is not required due to normal wear & tear of the product or it's parts. We always endeavour to be as quick & efficient as possible when handling warranty claims & repairs.


IMPORTANT NOTE!
Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have your goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL TAX INVOICE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS!
